Anti-Bullying Ambassadors

We are proud to announce we were awarded silver status on the 'United Against Bullying' Programme

We are pleased to introduce you to our Harbinger Anti-Bullying Ambassadors!

This year, we sent application forms to KS2 children who were interested completed application forms to apply for this role.

The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors (or ABAs) are:

  • Jasmine

  • Aleena

  • Zainab

  • Tanisha

  • Usman

  • Mahiba

  • Sajid

The children will work on various anti-bullying initiatives throughout the year, helping to spread the message of mutual respect, kindness and tolerance. They will help to promote the understanding that difference is a positive, not a negative, and that individual characteristics make people unique.

The ABAs are supported in their work by the following Anti-Bullying Leads:

Nimesha Nagahawatte

Acting Headteacher

Jubeda Ahmed

Acting Deputy Headteacher - Inclusion

Tom Bem-Hodgkinson

The children worked together with our PSHE lead, Tom Bem, to create a video on explaining what bullying is and what we can do to help each other.

We have also created a Child-Friendly Anti-Bullying Policy which is available to children in each classroom. Click below to read more:
